Charcoal is an important ingredient in skin care that many seek out because of its many benefits, including an uncanny ability to help detoxify the surface of the skin and to reduce the impurities it holds as well as the opportunities for congestion to build. This soap can result in a clearer, more radiant-looking complexion.
 
Activated charcoal contains carbon molecules which act like a magnet to attract and absorb dirt and oil. When dirt and oil in your pores come in contact with the carbon, they stick to it and then get washed away when you rinse.
 
We scented our soap with tea tree essential oil because it is antibacterial in nature and has anti-inflammatory properties, the two main characteristics to soothe dry and irritated skin.
 
Ingredients: Aloe vera & olive soap base, tamanu oil, activated charcoal, and tea tree essential oil.
