Calming Lavender:

Lavender & clary sage are the only two essential oils that contain estrogen and therefore, are natural hormone replacements for women. They are also calming and used to reduce anxiety and stress. Healing Calendula

Lemon: is aromatic, topical, internal and photosensitive (do not use when in the sun). It is rich in limonene, a chemical found in the peels of citrus & known for health benefits such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antinociceptive, anticancer, antidiabetic, antihyperalgesic, antiviral, and gastroprotective effects.

Calendula:  Is an antimicrobial and antioxidant. Benefits include, may reduce inflammation, support digestion, and promote wound healing.

Plants: Lemon rind, calendula flower

Ingredients: Fractionated coconut oil, vitamin E oil, lemon peel, & calendula flower lemon essential oil.

 

Invigorating Orange 

Orange has high vitamin C content, is excellent for the skin. This antioxidant vitamin fights skin damage caused by sun exposure, plus, through the formation of collagen, improves skin elasticity and reduces wrinkles. It is also known to lift one's mood.

Rosemary & Peppermint:

Rosemary:  Is an antibiotic and a circulatory herb. It balances the brain, is very good for memory recall and cognition, and strengthens hair.

Peppermint: Is a hot oil as it generates heat.  It can help alleviate symptoms of menopause and menstrual cramps, aids in digestion,  repels insects, is a muscle relaxer, relives nausea and pain, aids in respiratory functions, and enhances athletic performance.

 

Avoid during pregnancy or if you have epilepsy). It will decrease cortisol levels. Do not use with children under 2 years.

  • Why We Use Fractionated Coconut Oil

    Roller bottles are a convenient and fun way to incorporate essential oils into your daily routine. Each essential oil carries its own healing power and blending several together can give you the maximum benefit for your wellbeing. Because essential oils are very potent and can cause adverse reactions when used alone, it’s recommended to add a drop to a carrier oil such as sweet almond, olive, fractionated coconut, sunflower, etc. for safety and absorption. Carrier oils help the essential oil penetrate the skin. Essential oils on their own tend to evaporate quickly, while carrier oils help them stay on the skin longer, allowing better absorption and longer-lasting effects.

    We use fractionated coconut oil as our carrier oil for our Botanical Blends for three reasons.

    • First, it’s the only carrier oil that remains clear when adding aerial parts of the plant, which we believe adds to the beauty of the finished product. Other oils tend to change color over time when plants are added.

    • Also, it’s a natural carrier oil that readily absorbs into the skin, making it ideal for topical delivery. Its feather-light emollient effect provides a soothing barrier without clogging the body’s pores, making it an excellent moisturizer for dry or troubled skin. It leaves the skin feeling silky smooth and non-greasy, unlike other vegetable carrier oils.

    • Lastly, fractionated coconut oil is completely soluble with all essential oils, is colorless, odorless, and stain-free.
